As for the father's oath of divorce if you speak to your husband, it is a conditional divorce, and its occurrence depends on the father's intention. If he intended divorce, a divorce would occur for the mother. If he intended prevention and threat, he would be liable for an expiation for breaking an oath, and his oath would be dissolved. Therefore, you should not speak to your husband until you know the father's intention behind his oath. If he did not intend divorce, it is hoped that you can soften his stance so he permits you to speak. However, if he intended divorce, do not speak to your husband to avoid the divorce occurring and spoiling the family relationship. The father should be dealt with wisely and understandingly.
