What is the grade of the hadith: "Cold easy pickings: fasting in winter"?

This narration (the cool spoils: fasting in winter) does not have a sound chain of transmission to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It has been reported in the hadith of 'Amir bin Mas'ud with a disconnected chain (Mursal), and it contains Numair bin 'Uraib, who is unknown. It has also been reported in the hadith of Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, and it contains 'Abdul-Wahhab bin Ad-Dahhak, who is accused of lying. It has also been reported in the hadith of Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, and it contains Al-Walid bin Muslim, who is a Mudallis (practitioner of tadlis al-taswiya), and Sa'id bin Bashir, who is weak and made a mistake in his narration.

However, this saying has been authentically reported from the words of Abu Hurairah and 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both.
