Is it permissible to change one's tribal name in order to integrate into Yemeni society and overcome the racial discrimination resulting from a Pakistani origin?

It is not permissible for a person to change their lineage or claim affiliation with a tribe to which they do not belong. There is no necessity that permits committing this forbidden act, for women are many, and marriage can occur without changing the tribal name. As for mockery or derision due to lineage, it is among the forbidden behaviors of the جاهلية (pre-Islamic ignorance), and whoever does so exposes themselves to the fire of Hell; because of the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever makes a claim of the جاهلية, then he is from the embers of Hell."
