Is it permissible to say, "Hajj is a guarantee for Paradise," based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Hajj has no reward but Paradise"? And is it permissible to invite people to Hajj by saying: "Whoever wants to enter Paradise, by Allah's will, should go for Hajj"?

There is no objection to encouraging people to perform Hajj and other acts of obedience by mentioning their virtues from the Quran, Sunnah, and the sayings of the predecessors. This is part of the glad tidings that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded us to deliver when he said: "Give glad tidings and do not repel; make things easy and do not make them difficult." The hadith "Umrah to Umrah is an expiation for what is between them, and Hajj Mabrur (an accepted Hajj) has no reward but Paradise" is authentic. Hajj Mabrur is that which is not mixed with sin. We believe that whoever performs this act will receive the mentioned reward, without definitively asserting Paradise or acceptance of deeds for any specific individual, as these are matters of the unseen.
