Which is better: to perform the obligatory prayer, the Sunnah prayer, and the post-prayer remembrances, or to suffice with only the obligatory prayer and return to work?

The time for obligatory prayers and what is attached to them, such as purification, supererogatory prayers (rawātib), and remembrance (adhkār), is excluded from the rental contract. One must advise the one who abandons prayer and exert effort with them.
