Does God's inspiring a servant to supplicate carry an indication that the supplication will be answered?

If Allah inspires a servant to supplicate and seek His aid, that is a sign that He wills good for them and accepts their supplication. However, the response varies; it may be in the form of fulfilling the request, averting a similar evil, or storing it for the Hereafter. It is stipulated that the supplicant must be free from impediments to the answer, such as consuming unlawful gain, abandoning enjoining good, being hasty, doubting, supplicating for a sin, and having a heedless heart.
