Is it permissible to sell and own Pharaonic antiquities discovered under one's house, knowing that the law considers this a crime?

As for artifacts in the form of statues, idols, or crosses, it is not permissible to acquire or sell them. And as for those that are gold or silver pieces, they are considered relics from the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah).
