Is it permissible for a niqabi teacher to teach the Qur’an to non-Arabs online, by opening the camera without wearing the niqab, given the aforementioned controls and precautions to ensure no men are present?

A woman must cover her face from non-mahram men. She is permitted to unveil in front of women and young girls, provided there is no risk of men seeing her. When dealing with women in sales or rentals, it is permissible to look at her face to verify her identity, provided there is no temptation or lust. As for recording, it should be limited to audio only to prevent men from accessing visual recordings in the future.
