How authentic is the story of Hind bint Utbah eating Hamza's liver?

It has been established by continuous transmission (tawatur) that Hamza ibn Abd al-Muttalib was martyred on the Day of Uhud, and the polytheists mutilated his body.

However, the account of Hind bint Utbah consuming his liver after his death has not been established by an authentic hadith. The narrations reported in this regard are weak, mursal (lacking a companion in the chain of transmission), or invalid, and thus not sound.
