Is it permissible to repeat the Adhan three times on Friday after the Imam has ascended the pulpit?

Repeating the Adhan three times on Friday is an innovation, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade innovations, clarifying that "every innovation is a bid'ah, and every bid'ah is misguidance." Furthermore, whoever performs an action that is not commanded by the Lawgiver, his action is rejected.
