Is the Azan three times on Friday an innovation (bid'ah)?

The adhan for Friday prayer during the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and Abu Bakr and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, was a single adhan given when the Imam sat on the minbar. However, during the caliphate of Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, with the expansion of the city and the increase in population, he added another adhan (the adhan of Zawra'), which was called the "third call," considering the iqamah as also an adhan, as in the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Between every two adhans there is a prayer." Some scholars considered making the adhan for Friday prayer three times an innovation that has no basis.
