Is it permissible to publish and circulate supplications arranged according to the order of the chapters of the Holy Quran?

Undoubtedly, the Qur'an is the best of remembrance (dhikr). It is permissible to write down and disseminate the supplications (du'as) contained therein for the benefit of those who have not memorized the Qur'an. This is because these supplications are either what Allah taught to one of His messengers or righteous servants, or what Allah narrated about one of His prophets or righteous servants. The Qur'an's narration of these supplications implies their affirmation and legitimacy.
