Is the wife's aunt entitled to receive from the usurious interest (Riba)?

It is permissible to give ill-gotten money to the poor paternal aunt of the wife, according to her need. It is not permissible to give it to the rich; because its rightful recipients are the poor, the needy, and for the general welfare of Muslims. It is forbidden to deposit money in interest-bearing banks except out of necessity, and only in a current account.
