Is it permissible for a female doctor to forge a medical certificate to escape a danger threatening her at her workplace?

There is no harm in obtaining a forged medical certificate to work in a desert area if there is an urgent need for work, and traveling to that area involves clear harm, and this harm cannot be averted except by this certificate. It is stipulated that the travel must be for more than six hours and without a mahram (definition), which justifies circumventing regulations that do not observe the limits of Sharia (definition).
