What is the necessity or need that permits the fitting of artificial teeth, and is extreme shyness while laughing considered one of these necessities?

There is no harm in installing artificial teeth when necessary, or when there is a need, or to remove a defect or disfigurement, based on what was narrated by Abu Dawud, Al-Tirmidhi, and Al-Nasa'i from Arfajah ibn As'ad (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "My nose was cut off on the Day of Al-Kilāb in the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah), so I made a nose of silver, but it began to smell. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded me to make a nose of gold." Al-Albani graded it as Hasan (good). Shyness when laughing, if it is due to a disfigurement in the teeth, falls under what has been mentioned.
