What is the ruling on new hairstyles for children, such as "French," "Kaboria," and "Mudarraj"? Are these hairstyles considered Qaza‘? And does the ruling apply to both young and old?

"Al-Qaza'" is the shaving of part of a child's head while leaving another part. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade it. Scholars have unanimously agreed on its detestability if it is in scattered places, unless it is for medical treatment or similar reasons. This applies to both the young and the old. The reason for its detestability is that it disfigures creation and imitates the disbelievers.
