ما الفرق بين "شفاء صدور قوم مؤمنين" والشماتة المنهي عنها؟

Rejoicing at the affliction that befalls aggressive disbelievers and corrupt oppressors is not among the blameworthy gloating. The blameworthy gloating is that which is directed at a Muslim who is not an aggressor. Evidence for the permissibility of this is the Almighty's saying: "Fight them; Allah will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and grant you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people" (At-Tawbah (definition):14). Here, Allah heals the breasts of the believers from the harm inflicted upon them by the disbelievers.
