What is the difference between permitting the use of fillings for teeth or the attachment of a part for someone whose tooth or molar is broken in Fatwa No. 135262, and prohibiting that in Fatwa No. 135868?

We have permitted tooth filling or repair for a broken tooth or one that has been hollowed out by decay, because it is permissible as a form of treatment and a restoration of the mouth's original condition. This differs from the other fatwa in which we prohibited altering creation for cosmetic purposes, relying on the words of Al-Tabari, who stipulated the impermissibility of changing anything in creation, whether by addition or subtraction, in pursuit of beauty.
