Does divorce take place in the following two cases? 1. When the wife repeatedly asked for divorce, the husband said: "Okay, you are divorced," and claimed that he said it based on her request and did not intend divorce? 2. When the husband first said: "I am 'ataqtquk'" instead of "I divorce you" and did not intend it, then two days later said: "I divorce you a second time" and claimed that he did not intend the divorce to take place?

Divorce is one of Allah's rulings, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against trifling with Allah's limits. If a husband says to his wife explicitly, "You are divorced," the divorce takes effect, whether he was serious or joking, and the wife's intention is not considered. As for phrases like "I am teasing you" (أنا أطقطقك) or "I am divorcing you" (أنا أطلقك) (in the present tense), these are euphemisms for divorce, and divorce does not take effect by them unless the husband intended divorce by them.
