Is it permissible for a Muslim lender to resort to communist courts to reclaim his money lent to a wealthy, procrastinating borrower?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to resort to communist courts and man-made laws to retrieve money owed to him by a procrastinator, because this is considered submission to their rule and an acceptance of it, which is disbelief (kufr). Therefore, one must avoid resorting to them unless absolutely compelled, and it is preferable to seek the help of righteous people to recover one's right. If unable to do so, one should observe patience and seek reward from Allah.
