Is it recommended to marry when one is psychologically, physically, and financially prepared, and is it permissible to inform a girl of one's desire to marry her via social media, knowing that she is young?

Marriage helps a Muslim preserve his religion and fortify himself, and studying does not preclude it. If you are able to bear the expenses of marriage, we advise you to hasten it and try to reconcile between study and married life. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O young men, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity. And whoever cannot afford it, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him." If the girl is not engaged, it is permissible to propose marriage to her, while observing Islamic etiquette. If you fear her disapproval or that of her family, then look for another woman from your country to ensure compatibility and the continuity of married life.
