A strike was previously permitted if it was the only means to obtain a right, and there is no sin upon the strikers if the employer is harmed, and the employer does not have the right to deduct their wages as long as the reason for abstaining from work is from their side. If the employer unjustly deducts from their wages, they are permitted to abstain from work commensurate with the deduction.
