There is no impediment to working for the agency, provided one avoids mixing (with the opposite gender) and fears Allah. It is necessary to adhere to the terms of employment and fulfill them, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." As for taking sugar for personal use, it is permissible if the work regulations allow it; otherwise, it is not. Bribery is forbidden, both giving and taking, unless a person gives it to obtain his right and finds no other way, in which case there is no blame upon him.
