Is there a Prophetic Hadith stating that Ta’if is a piece of Sham (the Levant), and what is its text and degree of authenticity?

Starting with "All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and companions. Thereafter," is a sunnah followed in sermons and letters, in imitation of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
