Why did the Mufti, in Fatwa No. 37834, rely on the hadith of the Prophet's attempted suicide, even though it was reported as a mere narration (balagh) and not as a hadith with an authentic chain of transmission (sanad) or text (matn)?

Al-Bukhari did not mention anything indicating that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, grieved during the period of no revelation to the extent that he tried to throw himself from mountaintops, as a supported and elevated hadith. Rather, Al-Zuhri said it in the form of unlinked balaghat (reports). Some researchers have mentioned that Al-Bukhari, by mentioning them, intended to show their weakness due to their contradiction with the authentic, supported hadiths that did not include this addition.
