What is the authenticity of the Hadith attributed to Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), in which he stated: "Indeed, I do not grieve over anything except three things I did, which I wished I had not done; and three things I did not do, which I wished I had done; and three things I wished I had asked the Messenger of Allah - may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him - about. As for the three things I wished I had not done: I wished I had not uncovered the house of Fatimah and left it, and that the war had been closed upon me...etc."? And how can one respond to the doubts raised regarding the weakening of the narrator 'Alwan ibn Dawud al-Bajali based on the statements of al-Bukhari ("denounced in Hadith"), Ibn Yunus ("denounced in Hadith"), and al-'Uqayli ("he is not followed in his narrations and is not known except through them")?

Al-Uqayli narrates from Al-Bukhari his disparagement of Alwan Al-Bajali, and Adam ibn Musa is considered one of the narrators of Al-Bukhari's book "Ad-Du'afa'" (The Weak Narrators), and Ibn Hajar affirmed the attribution of the book to Al-Bukhari.

As for the statement of Ibn Yunus regarding Alwan, "munkar al-hadith" (narrator of rejected hadith), it does not merely mean Alwan's独家 narration, but rather that the hadith is weak and false, as affirmed by Ahmad ibn Salih.

It also becomes clear that the meaning of "al-munkar" among the early scholars is an error in the isnad (chain of narration) or the matn (text), whether the narrator is reliable or weak, and it includes the unique narration of a weak narrator or what is narrated absolutely by a discarded narrator.

As for the claim that Alwan did not exclusively narrate the hadith, its falsity has been proven, because the other chain of narration for the hadith is narrated by Khalid ibn Al-Qasim Al-Mada'ini, who is accused of lying and fabricating hadith.

Alwan himself was inconsistent in narrating the hadith, as explained by Al-Daraqutni, sometimes mentioning a man in its isnad and sometimes omitting him.

And assuming that Ad-Diya' Al-Maqdisi graded the hadith as good due to Alwan's presence in Ibn Hibban's book "Ath-Thiqat" (The Reliable Narrators), the phrase "I wish I had not unveiled the house of Fatimah" cannot be interpreted as the people of innovation claim, that is, burning or demolishing the house.
