The life of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him.

Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq is Abdullah ibn Uthman ibn Aamir Al-Taymi. He was born two years and six months after the Year of the Elephant. He was among the first to embrace Islam and utilized his standing among the Quraysh to invite people to Allah. Many prominent Companions embraced Islam through him. He was the companion of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, in the cave, and the Qur'an testified to his companionship. He spent his wealth in the way of Allah. He was the most beloved man to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, after Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her. He passed away in the year 13 AH at the age of 63.
