What is the recompense for the wronged in the afterlife, and what are its details if the oppressor is Muslim or non-Muslim?

The wronged person who did not receive their due in this world will receive it in full in the Hereafter. Allah Almighty says: "And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as an accountant." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, rights will be returned to their owners on the Day of Resurrection, even the hornless sheep will be avenged against the horned sheep."

If the oppressor is a Muslim, some of their good deeds will be taken for the wronged person. If their good deeds are exhausted, or if they are a non-Muslim, some of the wronged person's bad deeds will be taken and placed upon them. The bankrupt person from the Ummah is one who comes on the Day of Resurrection with prayers, fasting, and zakat, yet he had insulted, slandered, consumed others' wealth, shed blood, and beaten others. Then, some of his good deeds will be given to the wronged ones. If his good deeds are exhausted, their sins will be carried by him, and then he will be cast into the Fire. Thus, the rights of people are not lost with Allah, and whoever pardons and reconciles, their reward is with Allah.
