What is the ruling on doubting the wife's virginity, and what is the legitimate way to deal with this doubt? Can a woman lose her virginity without the hymen being completely ruptured, or for other reasons beyond her control? Is a husband considered a Dayyuth (cuckold) if he conceals his wife's situation should her claim of virginity prove untrue?

The mere disappearance of the hymen does not warrant concern, and a woman should not be accused because of it. It may disappear due to reasons other than immorality, as determined by scholars of both Sacred Law and medicine. Therefore, we advise the husband to keep his wife and not think ill of her, for the fundamental principle is that a Muslim is free from immorality. By doing so, he is not a "dayyuth" (pimp/cuckold). If he wishes to divorce her, he must conceal her situation and not inform anyone about it, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Whoever conceals a Muslim, Allah will conceal him on the Day of Resurrection."
