What is the ruling on saying that the hijab conceals a woman's beauty?

Allah legislated the hijab for women to conceal their adornment from non-mahram men, thereby preventing corruption. Allah Almighty says: "And not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent." It is forbidden for a woman to wear perfume or adorn herself when going out, or to wear anything that highlights her charms, because that incites desires and brings about temptation. The hijab protects society from temptations and prevents corruption. Indeed, enabling women to mix with men and display their adornment is a cause for the spread of immorality and the decline of nations.
