How can a married woman with children be helped to deal with her husband's addiction to phone harassment?

We advise the wife to resort to Allah Almighty and supplicate for her husband's guidance, and to advise him to abandon forbidden relationships and occupy his time with what is beneficial. She should try to make him feel at ease and persuade him with what pleases him, and seek assistance from people of knowledge and righteousness to advise him. She should also encourage him to connect with mosques, circles of knowledge, and good companions. If he repents, that is well and good. If he persists, she should weigh the interests of their children against her desire for separation, or suggest that he marry another woman if possible. Otherwise, she has the right to seek divorce.
