It is permissible for a person to distribute their wealth among their relatives, including parents and siblings, during their lifetime. They may equalize them or favor some over others, for justice in giving is only obligatory among children. It is disliked for a person to distribute all of their wealth during their lifetime, leaving nothing for themselves, but this is not a prohibition.
