One must seek treatment for illnesses. This treatment can be through physical medicines known to doctors, or through legitimate ruqyah (exorcism) using the Qur'an and prophetic supplications. It is not permissible to go to a woman who deals with jinn. Her healing of some illnesses is not proof of her righteousness; it could be a means of enticement and temptation. The term "spiritual" (روحي) is only used for spirits that do not have bodies, such as angels and jinn.
