Is it forbidden to listen to a religious chant that includes the chanters' complaint to God about their weakness and despair, in the phrase: "I have come to You complaining of my weakness and despair"?

There is nothing objectionable in the phrase: "I came to You complaining of my weakness and despair," as it is understood to be a request for Allah's help to mend weakness and strive against despair. The human soul is weak and needs Allah Almighty's divine grace, as confirmed by His saying: "And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good."
