If a father utters the phrase "I am before God, and without God's permission I will do it" in the context of worldly disputes, and repeats it while claiming anger and God's forgiveness, does this constitute disbelief in Allah the Almighty? What should the son do in this situation? And is it possible for a bewitched person to say such a thing?

Whoever uttered these aforementioned statements, doing so by choice, intentionally, and knowing their meaning, is considered an apostate from Islam. The questioner should strive to guide his father and persuade him to perform sincere repentance and distance himself from these dangerous words, and to teach him Tawhid (monotheism) and the nullifiers of faith. He can seek assistance from one of the prominent scholars and increase supplications for him. There is no objection to performing ruqyah on him if he is suspected of being affected by magic. We hope that he incurs no sin if he uttered the words while unconscious due to magic.
