Are the obligatory duties (fara'id) numerous and beyond enumeration in Islam? And what are the duties and obligations (fara'id) incumbent upon the Muslim woman and girl? And is it possible to enumerate them and perform them all?

Allah Almighty has not imposed upon us any obligations or duties except what is within our capacity. Allah Almighty says: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity," and "Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship." Al-Qurtubi said: Allah Almighty explicitly stated that from the time of the revelation of the verse, He does not burden His servants with any act of worship, whether of the heart or the limbs, except that it is within the capacity of the person assigned the duty. If there are valid excuses causing hardship, alleviation occurs either by dropping the obligation entirely or by dropping part of it, as in the alleviation for the sick and the traveler. The obligations upon women are less than those upon men; they are not required to participate in jihad, nor are they generally responsible for financial support. In the Hadith: "If a woman prays her five (daily prayers), fasts her month (Ramadan), guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from any of its gates she wishes."
