Is it permissible to supplicate for a Christian female doctor with phrases like "May God honor you," "May God strengthen you," "May God bless you"?

Supplications for a Dhimmi (a non-Muslim living under Islamic rule) or a Mu'ahid (a non-Muslim with whom Muslims have a treaty) are divided into two categories:

1. Supplications related to the Hereafter: Such as supplicating for them to enter Paradise or be forgiven. This type is not permissible, as Allah the Almighty says: (It is not for the Prophet and those who have believed to ask forgiveness for polytheists, even if they were relatives, after it has become clear to them that they are companions of Hellfire) [At-Tawbah/113].

2. Supplications related to this world: Such as supplicating for their healing, success, or guidance. This type is permissible, as there is no prohibition against it. Moreover, it serves the interest of softening hearts, and such supplications have been narrated from the Salaf (early Muslims), and jurists have permitted them with the intention of honoring them and guiding them to Islam.
