What is the ruling on burning cosmetics belonging to sisters who exaggerate in their use outside the home despite advice, and is intervention in this matter Islamically permissible?

The primary guardian of women is the father, and he must be reminded of his responsibility before Allah, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And a man is a guardian over his household and is responsible for them."

If the sisters are forbidden from wearing makeup when going out and they do not desist, then the duty has been fulfilled. It is not permissible to destroy the makeup, as this constitutes wasting money, which is forbidden by Islamic law. Continue to advise them kindly, try to influence them, and remind them of Allah.
