Is the Hadith "Proclaim marriage and conceal circumcision" authentic?

The narration with the wording stated in the question, "Conceal circumcision and publicize marriage," has not been found in the books of Hadith and Sunnah. However, a Hadith with the wording "Publicize marriage" was narrated by Ahmad and Ibn Hibban, and graded hasan (good) by Al-Albani. As for the report "Conceal circumcision and publicize marriage," it is a fabricated report and among the mawdu' (forged) Hadiths. Al-Sakhawi and others have indicated that there is no basis for its first part (concealing circumcision); rather, there are Hadiths that affirm publicizing circumcision.
