Is the wife considered to be wronged by her husband if she requests that he leave, and then divorce, because of his lies to her about previous relationships and his negative behavior towards her (such as coldness and lack of interest), or is her action justified?

The ruling on expelling the husband from the house differs in two cases: 1. If the house is owned by the wife, she has the right to prevent him from residing in it, because the owner has the right to dispose of their property. 2. If the house is not owned by the wife (but rather by the husband or rented by him), then her expelling him from it is forbidden and an injustice, and she is not permitted to do so, even if he is abusive. However, she may refer the matter to the Sharia court.

As for seeking divorce, the wife has the right to do so if she is harmed by remaining with him.

Regarding questioning the husband about his past and spying on his phone, this is wrong and forbidden, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, AVOID MUCH [NEGATIVE] ASSUMPTION. INDEED, SOME ASSUMPTION IS SIN. AND DO NOT SPY."

And if the husband mistreats or withholds his wife's rights, he is committing a grave wrong, for the husband is commanded to treat his wife well and fulfill her rights, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "AND DUE TO THEM [WOMEN] IS SIMILAR TO WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THEM, ACCORDING TO WHAT IS REASONABLE" and "AND LIVE WITH THEM IN KINDNESS."
