Is it permissible to file for divorce against a husband who abuses, lies, and refuses to grant his wife her rights, especially given that she left the marital home six months ago?

The husband's concealment of the cause of his father's death is not a justification for discord. A father's occupation does not tarnish the son, for Allah Almighty says: (And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another). A husband striking his wife is an injustice and bad treatment. A wife leaving without her husband's permission is not permissible except out of necessity. It is not permissible for the husband to prevent his wife from her personal needs, and his threat to leave her in a state of suspension is contrary to Islamic law. A husband marrying another woman does not justify seeking divorce. However, seeking divorce due to harm, bad treatment, and severe beating is permissible. Arbitration between the spouses is recommended for reconciliation, or for divorce if reconciliation is not possible.
