Is the salary considered unlawful if the employee is absent from work in the attendance and departure department at the request of another person?

An employee must adhere to the working hours agreed upon in the contract, in fulfillment of it and in seeking lawful earnings, because receiving a salary without working is deception, fraud, and consuming people's wealth unlawfully.
