To what extent is naming February 11th "Affiliation Day" legitimate, and what is the ruling of Islamic law on holding social and cultural events, and celebrations with celebrities, at the Catholic Center?

Striving to do good is commendable for both men and women, while observing the Shariah guidelines such as segregation of sexes and preventing fitnah (temptation/strife).

The charitable work must be permissible, and it is better to prioritize what is most important.

As for naming a day "Belonging Day," this is an impermissible designation, and charitable work does not require such a designation.

Celebrating celebrities: If it is on the occasion of their birthdays or deaths, it is an impermissible celebration. If it is not linked to a specific day, then the celebrities themselves should be considered; if someone had a positive impact, remembering them is good. But if someone had a negative impact, such as corrupt singers and actors, celebrating them is corrupting.

As for choosing "The Catholic Center" as a venue for the activity, it is forbidden by Shariah.
