What should be done if the desires of parents who live in constant conflict contradict each other, and what advice can be offered to the father before he goes on Hajj, knowing that they perform prayer and pay Zakat and have a scholarly and social standing?

It is incumbent upon the spouses to treat each other with kindness, and upon the children to obey their parents in what is good, not in disobedience to Allah or in one of them disobeying the other. This is based on the Prophet's saying: "There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah; indeed, obedience is only in what is good."
