Is giving the teacher dates and selling them to him for two Riyals considered a bribe, knowing that the student fears falling under the curse of Allah and desires success?

The Lawgiver commanded giving gifts and encouraged accepting them, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Exchange gifts, and you will love one another." Therefore, there is no harm for a student to give a gift to his teacher, nor for the teacher to accept it, provided the intention is sound. However, if the gift is for the purpose of obtaining undeserved grades or something he is not entitled to, then it is considered a bribe, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who gives and the one who takes a bribe. Accordingly, there is no harm in selling dates to the teacher as long as the intention is sound, though gifting them would have been better for fostering love.
