When did the moon split during the Hajj season?

The moon split during the era of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and this was recorded in the Qur’an in the verse: "The Hour has approached, and the moon has split." It is authentically reported in Sahih al-Bukhari that the people of Mecca asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, to show them a sign, so he showed them the splitting of the moon. A line has been found that divides the moon into two parts, which indicates that it had split into halves and then rejoined. As for its splitting two hundred years ago, there is no knowledge of that.
