Is living alone in a country not my own, and staying away from people—knowing that this has been my nature since childhood—considered a sin, and is this a reason for not getting married, and how can I live a normal life that pleases Allah and ensures my supplications are answered?

It is wrong for a woman to work in a company where all employees are men, because the temptation (fitna) between men and women is great and its danger is significant. If you do not find female friends other than the gossips, hypocrites, and backbiters, then it is better to remain without friends, because associating with bad companions is a great danger. Reciting the Quran and performing prayers have a profound effect on improving behavior, so those who do them cannot be described with the morals you mentioned. Avoiding people for safety from their evil and living in a country other than your own is not a sin in itself; rather, the sin lies in forbidden work and mixing with men.
