Is it permissible to meet monthly to encourage oneself to complete the recitation of the Qur’an, and is that considered an innovation (bid‘ah)?

We believe it is permissible to gather after completing the Quran with the aim of encouraging its completion every month. This falls under the category of enjoining one another to truth and cooperating in righteousness and piety, provided that it is limited to what has been mentioned and nothing more is added.
