What is the ruling on the sheen that remains on the male organ after cleansing from prostatic fluid (madhy) and viscous liquids, and does its persistence indicate the persistence of impurity?

Some scholars hold the view of pardoning a small amount of madhi (pre-seminal fluid) due to the difficulty of guarding against it, especially for young people because of its frequent discharge. They also believe that madhi is more deserving of leniency than the urine of a young boy or what is on the bottom of a shoe. A person suffering from intrusive thoughts (waswas) may adopt the most lenient opinions until Allah grants them recovery.
