Are the second and third pronouncements of divorce counted if the intention behind uttering them was to intimidate, and there was no intention of divorce?

A wife divorced with a revocable divorce is still subject to divorce according to the four schools of thought, due to the persistence of marital rulings. Therefore, if you conditioned your revocably divorced wife's divorce on her not returning for two days, and she did not return, the divorce is effective according to the majority of scholars. As for conditioning a triple divorce on her not returning:

- If it was after the completion of the waiting period (iddah), it is void, and her divorce counts as two, and you can remarry her with a new contract.

- If it was before the completion of the waiting period, she becomes unlawful for you and will not be lawful until she marries another husband.

According to the view of Ibn Taymiyyah, a conditioned divorce does not take effect during the revocable period, whether divorce was intended or not. You are not allowed to be prevented from seeing your daughter or visiting her.
